When you go out into society, always respect yourself first. If you can respect yourself, you can show respect to others. The way that you interact with others is how you act towards yourself. Always give respect no matter who you are dealing with. If you give respect others will give it in kind. Respect will take you places in life, it will open doors you didn't think would open. Respect builds relationships in business, and in the community.
Moral of the story is this. Lead the conversation with the energy that makes you smile. When your respect is infringed upon, then you have the right to do your worst. Until then, give respect a try.
